Shipping policy

Every garment is printed after you order it, so there are two stages: production, then shipping.

Production

Two to seven working days before your parcel is handed over to the carrier. Orders for Europe are produced in Europe. Orders for North America are produced in North America.

Shipping

The exact cost is calculated at checkout and depends on your country. It starts at about 48 SEK. Typical transit time after production is three to seven working days inside Europe and four to eight working days in North America. Other destinations take longer. You get a tracking link by email when the parcel is collected.

We deliver without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of your order. If we do not, you can give us a further reasonable period and cancel for a full refund if we still fail.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered inside the EU carry no further charges. The price you pay at checkout is the price.

Orders delivered outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland and the United States, may be subject to import VAT, duty or a handling fee set by your own country. Those charges are not included in what you pay us and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot tell you the amount in advance because it is set by your customs authority, not by us.

If something goes wrong

The risk for the goods stays with us until the parcel comes into your possession, whichever carrier is used and whichever delivery option you picked. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, email john@khourycreativegroup.se with your order number and we sort it out. It is not for you to take up with the carrier.
