What to include

If it is about an order, send the order number. If it is about sizing, tell us your usual size and how you want it to fit. If something arrived wrong, a photo saves a round of emails.

Changed your mind about an order

You do not need to email for that. Use the withdrawal form at Withdraw from your purchase and we confirm receipt in writing.

If we cannot agree

You can take a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. ARN handles clothing and footwear disputes where the amount claimed is at least 750 SEK, and the claim must be filed within one year of you first complaining to us.
