You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from it. Any reason, or none at all. This is your right under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, distansavtalslagen (2005:59), and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This form is how you use that right. It is the withdrawal function required by 2 kap. 10 a § distansavtalslagen, and it stays available here for the whole withdrawal period. You can reach it from the footer of every page.
What happens after you confirm
- You get an acknowledgment on screen straight away, with the exact time your notice reached us. Save or print it. We confirm it by email too, normally the same working day.
- We reply within two working days with the return address.
- You have 14 days from today to send the goods back. You pay the direct cost of the return post.
- We refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of you showing us that you sent them, whichever comes first. Same payment method, no fee, and we refund the standard outbound shipping you paid.
You may examine the garment the way you could in a shop. Trying it on is fine and tags do not have to be attached. If it is handled more than that and loses value, we may deduct that loss.
