Refund policy

There are two separate routes here, and they have different conditions. Read the one that applies to you.

1. Your legal right of withdrawal, 14 days

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from it, for any reason, without giving one. This is your right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, distansavtalslagen (2005:59). We cannot take it away or attach conditions to it.

You may handle and examine the garment the way you could in a shop. Trying it on is fine and tags do not have to be attached. If you handle it more than is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and function, and it loses value as a result, we may deduct that loss from your refund, but we may not refuse the return.

How to use it. Use our withdrawal function at Withdraw from your purchase. It is linked in the footer of every page and stays available for the whole withdrawal period. Fill it in, confirm, and we send you an acknowledgment stating the time we received your notice. You can also email john@khourycreativegroup.se or call +46 73 031 74 84. Any clear statement works.

2. Our own 30 day return, goodwill

We give you 30 days. That is our own offer on top of the law, not a replacement for it, and it is the only part where we set conditions.

For a return made in days 15 to 30 the garment must come back unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached. Those conditions apply to this goodwill route only. They never apply to the 14 day legal right above, and never to a faulty item.

Sending it back, and who pays

Once you have told us you are withdrawing you have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You pay the direct cost of returning them. For a single garment inside Sweden that is normally under 100 SEK. We pay if the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods, or of you showing us that you sent them, whichever comes first. The refund goes back to the same payment method you used, at no cost to you, and we refund the standard outbound shipping you originally paid. We do not refund in store credit or gift cards unless you ask us to.

If the item is faulty or not what you ordered

That is a different route and the 14 days do not apply. Under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, konsumentköplagen (2022:260), you can claim a faulty item for up to three years from delivery, and a fault appearing in the first two years is presumed to have been there at delivery unless we show otherwise. Email us with your order number and a photo and we put it right at our cost. Late, lost or damaged in transit is ours to fix too, not something for you to take up with the carrier.

Made to order, and why you still have the full right

Every garment is printed after you order it. It is still a standard catalogue product in a standard size, not personalised to you, so your 14 day right of withdrawal applies in full. We do not use the made to order exception in 2 kap. 11 § 3 distansavtalslagen.

If we cannot agree

If we reject your claim in whole or in part we tell you in writing and explain why. You can then take the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), Box 174, SE-101 23 Stockholm, arn.se. ARN handles clothing and footwear disputes where the amount claimed is at least 750 SEK, and the claim must be filed within one year of you first complaining to us. If you live in another EU country you can also contact your national European Consumer Centre.
